August 2016 Online Income Report

Welcome to my August 2016 monthly income report!

Each month I will share a detailed report on how much income each of my online businesses has made. It doesn’t matter if its been a great month or a terrible month, ill put the details here in these reports.

This will not only hold me accountable and keep me motivated but hopefully it will also inspire others to take action towards their goals since im essentially starting from nothing. My reports may be small to start but hopefully that will change as I continue to grow as an online entrepreneur.

Lastly as a point of reference my online income from the first income report in January 2014 was $356.70 lets see how that changes moving forward.

Summary

Im a bit late this month getting my report out. It can be difficult keeping my motivation up to do them when my income takes these dips. Its happened before and undoubtedly will happen again, only thing to do is keep pushing thru it. In last months report i mentioned i would be participating in a new clickbank product launch. I’ve already started with that and i’ve made a few sales so next month clickbank should have some stats to report. None of the products i’ve reviewed in the past really shined this month sales wise, i even had to let imarketslive go and it was one of my most consistent earners. Lastly i really had high hopes for wealth generators but the software hasn’t been performing well and i don’texpect people to stick around if a system is losing money. All of these factors together are why August was such a slow month.

My kindle and createspace income has leveled out at this point. I can generally expect to make an extra $300 per month it would seem. Ideally i’d like to get it up to $1500 monthly and i’m slowly taking steps to get there. I’ve released 1 new book in a new niche and i have a second book in that niche i’ll be putting out next week. After that i have another niche i’d like to explore. Basically im now putting books out in different niches and seeing what sticks. Ive built a good team, i just need to find the right subjects to focus on.

Last month I had 1,346 youtube subscribers and im currently at 1,411. I still haven’t created a video intro for my content but i am reminding people to subscribe by using annotations at the end of each of my videos. This seems to be helping and im closing in on 1500 subs which is great. Hopefully i’ll hit that mark by the end of September.

At the end of last month i had 2,052 email subs and now i have 2063. I didnt do any sort of marketing but im participating in a product launch and my review page usually gets a few signups along the way. I have set a goal for myself to have either 5,000 email subs by the end of the year or to have 40 books released by the end of the year. I’m still deciding which will be more beneficial to my financial future.

As a reminder my next online income goal is $7,000 in one month. My next youtube subscriber goal is 2000 subscribers and my next email subscriber goal is 3000. The August numbers are below.
